Step 1: Connect With Our Team
We know AI automation is NOT a one-size-fits-all plan. We may be experts in the automation, but you’re the expert in your business.
For your custom AI solutions to work, we need a little help.
Our initial connect (via phone or video conference) will establish your company’s goals, identify early pain points, and establish a game plan with next steps and a projected ROI.

Step 2: Get Your Solutions Proposal
The way we build proposals boils down to a simple process. It’s easy and we require as little from your team on the initial proposal as possible. We want to take the stress OFF your plate, not pile on.
Here are the steps:
a) Identify your workflow bottlenecks. Evaluate each level of the organization to find where tasks are repeated, rule-based, and defined by parameters on the input and output.
b) Within those bottlenecks, identify actual tasks to an end goal (down to what file, tab, or application gets opened and when).
c) Identify any roadblocks to AI automation. one-off conflict resolution and complex strategic decisions should be left to humans, where possible.
d) Calculate ROI for each of the potential automations, based on time spent and cost of the employees’ times completing the task.
e) Prioritize highest ROI automations, begin early interviewing & implementation.

Step 3: Onboard and Build
I hate to say it, but even the low-code-bros need a certain amount of access, so we have to ditch the low code schtick for this period.
But don’t worry! We still use layman’s terms for everything, and we can help you set up access to anything needed, and will ensure that our access remains restricted to only those necessary to automate.
While this is the hard part for us, it’s a bit like watching a duck swim. Legs are kicking underwater, but all looks calm on the surface.
With this in mind, we provide regular updates where possible during this phase to ensure you know where your investment is going, and so that you can stay close on any wins or roadblocks.
Step 4: Receive Your Custom Solution
Now comes the fun part. We’ve built the automation and now it’s time to implement.
We do a live demonstration of the system, to ensure your team is comfortable with the output and can field any early requests for changes.
After delivery, your team will provide a complete list of updates to be made, and we’ll do one final round of adjustments prior to disconnecting from your systems.
